As you know by now you have been activated into this site.
It would be nice if you could talk a little about what happened with the user congress meeting in Warsaw for those of us here
at the home front.
Next year Brent and I will be in Spain for sure. We didn't put in for a scholarship for Poland this year so that others could stand
more of a chance to get there that couldn't afford to go other wise. We didn't do any fund rising to get there to Poland this year
because funds seem to be low for everyone it seems at this time.
But we have the whole year to work on getting funds maybe for Spain next year. It would be nice if for Spain you and me and Brent could do something together and get a scholarship for it. To make sure it's the three of us dong it as a presentation. That can be worked out in a great way if we start to work on it together for the year.
UNDUN get funding from NO ONE. We are a very poor user group. Yet we are very much supported by many and that is a good thing.
Most of the time it's our own money that goes into any thing we do and we are not rich by any means. Same with CANDU I believe. I don't think they're a funded user group. The only funded on that I know of is VANDU by the government. They set user groups on the map here in Canada. That I really respect.
I really felt lost not being in Poland this year. Last year was kind of a hard time for Brent and me in Vancouver. But now things are much better and we'd be RIGHT on now with doing something in SPAIN. I'd also like to see RAFFI do something in SPAIN if he could. He's very busy these days yet has such a passion for users and users just love him at his needle ex-change. He and Brent go way back in years together. We also see him once a month if we can. Stay with him the night sometimes.
I'd like to be able to tell the Hep C Secretariat all about the user’s congress meeting for the next meeting I have with them in Toronto. So if you could send me a full report about the out come of the future with that and what’s going on with what to do to get to that point in the future would be great.

Thanks for having me. You know I'm busy whit some work after the ihrc and whit some resting. I'll come back on all our issues. There's a lot to talk about.
