CAST Taking drugs legally from your doctor is something that has been spoken of for sometime now...seems as if Vancouver is getting it right again...hope they continue to take the lead with such issues for the rest of Canada...
What a better way that having our own doctor be able to prescribe what we need for us...if they could we wounldn't be dope sick or risk HIV/AIDS or HCV...cut down in crime...It seems like the right way to go...let's face it...the old ways haven't worked yet and for HOW MANY YEARS now has it been the same old , same old?
