This "antiviris cap" looks like it might be relevant to street-based populations as a good street-based harm reduction product. It would be a lot more practical in terms of peoples' real life experiences (easy to carry around and always lots of pop cans available) and a hell of a lot cheaper than the big yellow bioharzard bins that needle exchanges currently provide. _________________
